• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories and the nature of our items, the following products are non-returnable:

• Swimsuits: Due to hygiene reasons, swimsuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
• Yoga Sport: For hygiene and safety reasons, yoga sport items are also non-returnable unless they are defective.
